Do the parts have a warranty?

YES! We offer a 3-year warranty. It is important to note that, as a natural material, it is normal for solid wood to show variations in size, color, texture, and micro-cracks during its maturation, which are intrinsic to the product and are not considered defects.

What is the origin of wood?

Our raw material is solid wood from sustainable forest management, certified by IBAMA, n° 6447757, contributing to the development and growth of nature without harming it. A large part of the raw material we use is considered waste by the traditional timber industry. Here, cracks, organic elements, and knots are the highlight of the piece!

Do you deliver to all of Brazil?

YES! We deliver throughout Brazil and worldwide.

Do you sell chairs?

YES! We have a curated catalog of chairs, stools, lounge chairs, and swings. Options include aluminum with nautical rope, wood with leather, polypropylene, mesh, etc. An incredible variety to suit any style and environment, without compromising on quality.

How does the online purchase process work?

You can purchase a pre-made or custom-made piece directly through our e-commerce, or you can contact our customer service team on Whatsapp or Instagram. First, we'll show you ready-made options, and if they don't meet your needs, we can create a custom order.

Is it possible to customize items that have already been produced?

YES! If you liked a ready-made piece in stock but want to make changes to it, it is possible. E.g., a cut to shorten the length, a hole for a siphon and faucet, a cut for outlets, adding a champagne bucket or burner to coffee tables, etc.

How's the shipping?

We have 3 types of shipping:

  • Consolidated: delivery made by our team or partners, with assembly included on site.*
  • Carrier: delivery made via Carrier, without assembly included. The item is left in the lobby/parking lot.
  • Pickup: Customer comes to our factory or store to pick up. Our stores do not have assistants.

*Our team does not carry items up stairs or perform hoisting. Please contact customer service for more information.

Can I see the products in person?

YES!

You can visit our physical stores in São Paulo Capital, Campinas/SP, or Salto/SP.

We also have pieces in showrooms in Germany and the United States.

Do you have a catalog of reference parts?

YES! There, you will find pieces produced by ArboREAL, to serve as inspiration for your order. We always remind you that, as it is a natural product, each piece is unique and there will never be two identical pieces.

My house isn't ready yet, do you reserve the raw material I liked?

YES! However, we do require a 10% deposit of the item's value to hold it for you, as each item is unique and others may be interested.

Is there a maintenance kit?

YES! In the maintenance kit, you receive:

  • 1 Maintenance oil. 200ml bottle - Imported Blend
  • 1 ArboREAL Flannel cloth
  • 2 Scotch Brite hand sanding pads
  • 4 220-grit hand sanding sheets
  • 4 360-grit hand sanding sheets
  • 1 Free gift: Pencil Holder.

Is there a subscription service for maintenance?

YES! You can sign up for our semi-annual maintenance service. For now, this service is only available for the states of SP and RJ.

Do you install countertops?

NO! We do not currently offer this service. However, we do offer rebate service for clips and the clips themselves when necessary. Installation is not complex and can be done by the site manager.

Do you do on-site measurements?

NO! We do not currently offer this service. However, our team is available to answer any questions you may have during the process, and if you need support, we will be happy to help.

Do you have 3D models of the parts?

YES! We have some models available on our website.

The part isn't as I arranged with the salesperson. Now what?

You are entitled to one free re-fabrication for standard parts, if the part does not meet the previously agreed specifications. Non-standard parts, with cuts or holes, incur a 30% fee of the product value for the fabrication of another part.

My project is delayed, can I postpone the delivery?

YES! However, we ask you to notify the logistics department at least 7 days in advance of the previously agreed date.

Do you schedule the delivery?

YES! After you place your purchase order, our Logistics department will contact you to pre-schedule an approximate delivery date. After the piece is produced, we send photos of it ready and schedule the exact delivery date (for Consolidated mode) or dispatch/pickup date (for Carrier and Pickup modes).

I want a glass top for my wooden base, do you supply them?

NO! We do not supply glass tops.

I want a piece with a glass detail, what colors can I choose?

We offer clear, green, gray, or bronze glass options, all tempered for your safety. The patterned glass option is only available for the state of São Paulo.

How long does it take to review the piece?

The average review time is 15 business days, which may vary depending on the chosen finish, legs, and accessories.

Do you offer hoisting services?

NO! We do not currently offer this service.

However, when shipping is in the Consolidated category, our team monitors the lifting process and assembles the piece at its final destination.

Do you provide instructions and tools for assembling the feet?

YES! Assembly is very simple and we offer full support.

We also provide the screws, brackets (when necessary), and tools for assembly.

Is it possible to buy only the tabletop, without the legs?

YES! If the customer does not need the legs or wants to have them made by another supplier, it is possible to buy only the tabletop.

Do you make other types of legs besides iron ones?

YES. We have a wide variety of options for table legs and other parts. They influence the style and price of each piece. You can ask your salesperson for them during negotiation. If you would like a specific model, we can check the possibility of manufacturing it.

Can I adjust the feet's attachment distance?

YES. The only note is that we ask for at least 5 cm distance from the edge of the table.

How long does it take to manufacture a part?

The average manufacturing time is 20 business days, which may vary according to the finish, feet, and accessories chosen. Please remember that this is the manufacturing lead time, not the delivery or revision lead time.

What are the finish options?

Our products are finished with ArboREAL oil, a high-tech imported oil that saturates wood fibers and prevents them from staining or absorbing liquids, in addition to giving the wood a natural and velvety finish.

We also offer varnish, black oil, and ebonizing (shou sugi ban) options.

Can the parts be exposed to the weather?

YES! Our products are made with high-quality, durable wood and can be exposed to the elements. However, the finish will need to be varnish, and you will have to maintain the piece more frequently.

How do I view the parts in stock?

In our e-commerce, we have a few options available.

To see more pieces not listed on the website, simply contact our consultants via WhatsApp, informing them of the type(s) of piece(s) you are interested in.

Do you sell ready-to-ship parts?

NO! We have a SUPER STOCK of more than 500 ready-made pieces, but we do ask for time to review them. During this review, we re-polish and apply the finish and bases, ensuring that the piece will arrive in perfect condition for you.

Do you make custom pieces?

YES! We make custom pieces with the size, legs, and style you need. We also create projects according to your architect's/designer's specifications. In specific cases, we even ask the client for a mold. We always send a photo of the product before delivery.
