• Lead time: 20 business days for manufacturing + Delivery time depending on the destination. Our Logistics team will contact you to pre-schedule the delivery of your item.

• Assembly: We provide assembly services in Greater São Paulo, the Metropolitan Regions of Campinas, Sorocaba, and Jundiaí, and throughout the Paulista Coast.

• Stairs: If the access to the location where the item will be placed has stairs, it is necessary to inform our team so that the best approach can be assessed.

• Shipping Company: For deliveries made by a shipping company, it is important to ensure that there are one or more people available to move the item into the residence, as well as for assembly.

• Elevator: Make sure the item fits in your building's elevator. If the measurements are not compatible, hire a hoisting service so that the item does not need to be stored in the garage.

• Concierge/Reception: If the delivery location is a condominium, remember to inform our team about the necessary documentation and procedure on the day of delivery.

Out of respect and to maintain the credibility established with its consumers, the company has created an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. With the aim of making it easy for you (the customer) to achieve an efficient, agile, and, above all, satisfactory negotiation, we have developed our exchange and return process.

The process is simple: just contact our team via email at contato@arboreal.com.br, stating the reason for the return/exchange and including the buyer's details.

We will respond to the customer with feedback on the next steps within 2 business days.

IMPORTANT! Pay attention to the product warranty and send photos of the product if necessary.

Return due to regret/withdrawal

If, upon receiving the product, you decide to return it due to regret, you must do so within seven calendar days, starting from the date of receipt. The product must show no signs of use.

Defective/damaged product

If, upon receiving the product, you identify any defect, immediately contact our Customer Service (SAC) via email at contato@arboreal.com.br or, if you prefer, by calling (19) 3935-8606 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To exchange or return a defective product, the following conditions must be observed:

The product must not show any signs of use. 

Photos of the damage/defect of the product must be sent to contato@arboreal.com.br.

Refund of values for product return

The return/refund of the order value, in the case of purchases made via bank slip (boleto bancário), will be processed via bank deposit.

The deposit will be made into the account of the order's holder and sender, within up to 15 business days after ArboREAL receives the merchandise.

In case of a purchase made by credit card, ArboREAL will analyze the request and, if approved, will send the order to the card operator within 3 business days. The refund will occur for the customer within the timeframe stipulated by the credit card operator used for payment.
